It’s Back

I’ve been kicking around the idea of starting this blog back up for a few weeks now. It’s been almost two years since I’ve bothered to post anything. It’s not because I haven’t had anything to say. I always have something to say. Things rattle around in my brain constantly…it makes for difficulties sleeping sometimes.

A lot has happened in the past couple years. Good things, bad things, really bad things, and really fantastic things. That’s how life is; things happen. I don’t know if it’s just that I didn’t have the time or the inclination to write it all out or if I was just afraid no one cared. But that’s the thing about a blog like this. You spew out your thoughts and hope someone is reading and cares. It’s somewhat narcissistic and probably a bit needy. That’s okay. I think I’m good with that. I think of myself as a writer so believing someone cares about what you have to say (write) has to exist or you can’t do it.

So, here it is, the re-start of this blog. I’m hoping to spruce the look of this blog up a bit as well. That means photos and whatever else I can come up with. The first photo is a hint as to the city where I am now living. Lots more to come on that!
